I'm from NW Kansas and don't expect to find my Hotel room so filthy as yours with sticky floors and counter top with food still stuck on them. Sorry that you can't find better cleaning help than that. There was dog poop in the bathroom and food, trash etc... under the beds. I hope that there weren't bedbug with all the other bugs that were found. YOU SHOULD NOT BE A PROUD OWNER OFTHE HOTEL.

I have been going in staying at the extended Stay America in Shawnee Kansas for quite some time now they have always been very helpful very kind and awesome people to be around never very bad experience
My room the bathroom door had a hole in it the carpet was stained all over and smelled
