Will Well, let’s see it started out with the fact that nerve that the hotel did not accept cash that was not cool. When we finally got that issue figured out, we went into the room it smelled funky the carpets were dirty, the shower curtain rod had pulled loose from the wall actually someone who ripped out a molly, bolt that held it, the faucet for the bathtub ran all night .
The room was a home environment. Security lock was not properly screwed in, missong some screws.
Staff was extremely nice, checking in and out. Only issue we really had was the kids above us decided to run around and jump at 2am.

Location was convenient for our purposes. Disappointed in dirty floor & tub, rusty microwave & unstable toilet. Front desk staff explained lack of housekeeping staff so some rooms not cleaned, therefore unavailable; kept calm & professional in a very difficult situation. She checked for us & found no room at nearby Am.Ex.Stay. We did offer to take any room rather than seek another location late evening.
