Everything about my experience was positive except for when I went to check out there was a hand written sign that said " Sorry for the inconvenience! There is no front desk person until 3 pm". I didn't really know what to do except for put our room keys in the drop box and hope that I would be charged correctly. I will be checking my credit card statement to make sure I am not charged any excess fees.
