This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in and rented a 2 Queen room and got a 1 bed and 1 pull out bed. The lady was very nice but couldn't do anything about it. I called the manager the next morning and a full refund was given but being so dirty is uncalled for.
Dirt on the floor, cabinets in disrepair, dents in refrigerator (didn't even open it but guessing that would have been an adventure), shower/tub had dirty grout and was generally just gross. Despite being a non-smoking property, the room smelled like smoke. When we returned to our room in the evening, the power was out. That was the last straw and we moved to a new hotel.

Room was dirty and poorly maintained. The bathtub was filthy and stained.

There was no room available for me. I was told by desk staff that Expedia never informed them of my reservation. I did not find this out until check-in at the property at 10 pm, and had to find another hotel room very late and night with almost no options.
