While I don’t know about the hotel as I couldn’t stay there, I can say be careful with how they charge you…I was turned away last Saturday because the had no power due to the storm (which I completely understand), but then was charged a no show fee. I tried reaching the property multiple times with no answer (maybe still no power? But doubtful), and finally reached out to corporate guest services. This is an old hotel in need of updating, catering to people who are on a budget. I was surprised at the quality and condition for the hotel chain name and brand. I would not choose this chain again, and nothing could convince me to stay here for an extended stay.

Strait to the point…go somewhere else if possible. Terrible. On first arrival for check in we were asked to come back later. When we came back later our room was not ready (understaffed I was told) and there were no other rooms available. We had no bed comforters but luckily we made due…the A/C worked but was really the only saving grace. I recommend going anywhere else than this if in KC. We will too if there’s another time. Overpriced dump.

After paying for my room on Expedia I arrived at the property and I was told that I could not have my refund and there was no room available it took me more than 2 hours of begging basically for a room before I was actually permitted to get a room that I paid for Because I was traveling for business and I've never been to this part of the country before I did not know how terrible this particular side of town was this is not for tourists this particular place is for locals who are homeless or on the verge of being homeless a... read more

roaches in the room, not super cleanly

Bad choice Not a good place to stay arrogant staff not clean no staff around at check-in have to wait 25 minute
