The best extended stay in Knoxville! All staff are respectful of guest privacy while being truly available 24/7 to fulfill requests or address concerns. This extended stay does an excellent job of creating a home away from home with exceptionally kind and hard-working staff.
Extend your stay-yes please! The staff here is really kind and generous with their time. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home for a short time. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment and it has been amazing having the space. Really a nice place with great people!

I was surprised to find the cleaning crew in my room way almost an hour before check out time and some things went missing to which when I asked about them, I was told that they had not seen them

The property was fine for what I needed for a night, but the bed was hard and the pull out bed in the couch was so old, you could feel the springs in the mattress. There was nothing luxurious about this room, but it was clean.

Vaping is smoking---- Sorry, but it is The excessive smell of weed in the lobby is too much. Vaping is smoking & when the smell over powers everything else it's an issue. The morning staff had their vapes laying all around the breakfast area in the lobby. It's just too much.
