Not the best The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpets in the room should be replaced because of the cigarette smoke smell. When we use the sofa bed it was very cramped and crowded in the room.

Drive one exit further. The best part was check in. It went downhill from there. The property needs refurbishing - badly! The carpet was stained and unclean. I was uncomfortable walking in my bare feet. There was an unfresh odor in the room. Even though it was a "non-smoking" property, it reeked of little else. My pjs smelled of smoke the next night. Couldn't recommend.

Smelled, disgusting, dirty I guess I should realize when there are signs up saying, " not responsible for personal items " should have been a clue. Expedia let me down on this one. Staff should be provided HAZMAT gear.

disgusting I am not one to ever write a review on a hotel but this hotel was horrible. When I first stepped into the hotel, it smelled like smoke. We stayed on the first level and that smelled like smoke as well. We left for the night to get some food and when we came back around 11:30pm there was a couple fighting. They continued to fight until we left at 5:00 am. The fighting was so bad, the police should have been involved. Stay away! extremely dirty! sheets were dirty. when you pull up and it states the hotel is not liable for any theft or break ins ....very dirty, the tv had a crack in it, the sheets were stain with hair on the sheets. the phone was incredibly dirty. we couldn't stay I had ask for a refund, the clerk was apologized. didn't help!

Was very nearly turned away after midnight Short version: Had a reservation weeks in advance. Didn't get a chance to check in during the afternoon and I knew I'd be late getting in, so I called to confirm the reservation and let them know I'd be late. It took 4 attempts before someone at the desk answered. They assured me all was fine, a note would be left for the nightshift, etc. But when I arrived after 1:00, the only record they had of my reservation was for the *next* night, despite my email confirmation stating otherwis... read more
