first and only stay charged for free wifi but had no connection Room was clean but building was very dirty claimed free breakfast but definitely not what you would call breakfast coffee oatmeal all that was available.l

good people, crummy conditions evening and morning desk clerks were great, condition of property is horrible and needs to be updated and modern lighting needs to be installed the place looks scary dark once again corporate isn't spending the money to make this place as great as the people that work there

Worst experience and customer service ever! Well we were getting in late made reservation at 10:30 p.m. We did not know how far we were going to make it on our road trip. Asked for 2 double beds. Called motel to verify we were coming told no problem no one said there were not any rooms with two beds. Get to motel no roll away beds 2 girls 2 adults. A double bed and a recliner! Lots of smoking outside rooms. Noisy during the night. Asked for some dishes, but none were ever brought.

The area was nice Chair was broken; had to go pick up kitchen equipment from office. Would have been nice to be told that when checking in; mattress lumpy on one side; no TV guide to let you know stations

Unpleasant. When checking in, the clerk was more concerned with watching TV, which was blaring, rather than helping me. The walls were really thin, and I could hear the guy next door snoring. The water in the shower was barely warm. You can find a better situation for the money.

I booked 3 rooms together at the same time. I brought a high school tennis team, and when I checked in, NONE of the rooms were together. It is usually standard procedure when someone books multiple rooms at the same time to put them together. I have never had this happen at any other hotels, and was not pleased that this happened and I needed to be close to all rooms.
