Not bad for what it is... I have never stayed at an extended stay facility before, so it took some getting used to...I guess most people bring all their "own stuff", therefore they don't have to provide it...hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There was only 1 puny shampoo, only enough for one use. I was glad I had others stashed in my bag from other hotels. I had to ask for plates, cups and silverware and when I got the tub with everything in it, there weren't any forks. Clean, inexpensive room I travel frequently for conferences. For some, business travel is an excuse to stay in extravagant hotels, and if this is what you want, this place will disappoint. If however, you want a clean and relatively central (about 15 min bus ride to the university) place to stay, this is fine. Staff in the lobby was polite, checked me in immediately after hours, and the free coffee/breakfast is a nice touch. extended stay never lets me down I can't say enough about how the front desk went the distance to give me a great rate and even upgraded me at no extra cost!

safe and comfortable, mostly utilitarian I was needing accommodations near the airport and this hotel suited my needs. The clerk who checked me in was not friendly but the shift change brought a delightful and helpful clerk who was informative and set up a wake up call, which the first clerk refused to do. The morning clerk was friendly and very helpful as well. Overall, a good experience.

Nice place Good hotel. Worth the money. Rooms are clean and service is good.
Average I rarely stay at anything less than 3-star so it is hard to know how this place compares. However, I did get a great deal on the room rate. But in regard to cleanliness it was the little things that were lacking: the phone and remote obviously don't get cleaned regularly, some of the towels looked a little dingy, etc. The bed was adequately comfortable for me. The staff however, were way above average-- all very friendly and helpful.
