Average I rarely stay at anything less than 3-star so it is hard to know how this place compares. However, I did get a great deal on the room rate. But in regard to cleanliness it was the little things that were lacking: the phone and remote obviously don't get cleaned regularly, some of the towels looked a little dingy, etc. The bed was adequately comfortable for me. The staff however, were way above average-- all very friendly and helpful.
"Not Much Bang For My Buck" Stayed in a room on the south side of motel. New Circle Rd. is well traveled and quite loud. There is no daily maid service. If you need clean linen or towels you must bring them to the office yourself for an exchange. For $180. I could have done much better.

Staff was great, but the facility was very unprepared.

Close to Keeneland and near good food Room was comfy, clean and affordable. Near Keeneland and good restaurants. Grab N Go breakfast was just okay.
Convenient to major roads and businesses I have stayed at this location several times, over the last couple of years and have always enjoyed my stay. The staff is very courteous and this hotel is one of the few, in the area, that still has smoking rooms available...most hotels tend to discriminate against smokers by not offering smoking rooms. Hotel is close to the airport, and near lots of restaurants. However, desk clerk first gave us a key for a room that was under construction - there were ladders, and the beds were unmade. After that, he gave us another key to a different room, and proceeded to tell us how to find it. We walked around the entire motel before finally finding the room, and it turned it to be right next to the office. Why he told us to walk towards a direction is unknown. Guess he didn't know where the room was.
