Recent improvements seem to have paid off. I was glad to have had the experience that I did. I wasn't sure what to expect based on previous reviews of the property by previous guests, but my stay was indeed 5 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly and didn't act like I was interrupting their day. Although there was still "work in progress" in other areas, we were unaffected and it was not noticeable to us other than upon arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable, stocked with towels and toiletries.

Noisy night Room was alright, just a bit noisy at night. Walls must be paper thin.

weekend getaway! Decent location and it was a peaceful place!
plesant staff. poor free breakfast unit was beeing repainted at that time and painters were very profesional.

Not bad for what it is... I have never stayed at an extended stay facility before, so it took some getting used to...I guess most people bring all their "own stuff", therefore they don't have to provide it...hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There was only 1 puny shampoo, only enough for one use. I was glad I had others stashed in my bag from other hotels. I had to ask for plates, cups and silverware and when I got the tub with everything in it, there weren't any forks. Clean, inexpensive room I travel frequently for conferences. For some, business travel is an excuse to stay in extravagant hotels, and if this is what you want, this place will disappoint. If however, you want a clean and relatively central (about 15 min bus ride to the university) place to stay, this is fine. Staff in the lobby was polite, checked me in immediately after hours, and the free coffee/breakfast is a nice touch. extended stay never lets me down I can't say enough about how the front desk went the distance to give me a great rate and even upgraded me at no extra cost!
