Hotels during Rolex can fill up quickly and get expensive. I have gone 3 times, and this was not the nicest accomodations. It was adequate, though

nice, met our needs It was a nice hotel. The only negative was we were on the highway side and it was noisy...The door closed and locked but the door hinge must have been sprung. The top of the door would not close completely so the acoustic property of the steel door was nonexistent.
Both good and bad; but low priced. Smallest rooms I've ever seen for an extended-stay place. I booked two rooms for our group (business trip) and one reeked of cigarette smoke. Kitchens are not stocked with any dishes / pots & pans, you have to ask for them in the office (but several restaurants are within walking distance). Noisy arrivals in the wee morning hours on a Friday night; free wifi but it's on the slow side. On the plus side, it was clean and bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy Property is set on the off ramp to Nicholasville Rd and Circle 4 a very congested area and so a lot of traffic background noise. Hard to get out going south. The room was a little dated, especially the kitchen which looked like the cabinets were recycled. No shampoo or hairdryer was available in the room. Need to ask for kitchen supplies at the front desk. The bed was comfortable and a/c worked well. Water pressure was OK and hot water was plentiful. No complaints.

Excellent Wish I could've stayed and enjoyed my room longer but alas it was simply a business trip. Excellent accomadations.
