The floor in the room was sticky. The whole floor the parking lot was icy, sliding and twisted my ankle and sat in a room most of the night with a sore ankle

The room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room and It Smelled Like an Old Bar this. Caused me To smother All Night long. I had to get up early because of a surgery appt at hospital and we arrived it was already late the sidewalk on the second floor was coated in ice and very slick. the sheets stunk really bad we saw two different roaches run across the room needless to say I won’t Ever stay at any extended America hotel Again also there were no coat hangars in the closed to hang out coats

The non-smoking room smelled horribly like smoke. There were burn marks in the sink and coffee stains on the back of the bathroom door. The shower tub did not drain water. A cockroach was in the tiny kitchen area. The microwave was dirty. The floors were sticky. It seems like this was a totally unacceptable ballroom to offer. We had driven nine hours and unpacked and were just too tired to ask to change rooms. I did speak to the front desk this morning and they offered absolutely no compensation.

I will never stay there again. I found bug caucus on the blanket & beside the lamp on the night stand. Also in the bathroom there was a used bar of soap in the shower like it wasn’t even cleaned. The stove burners are burnt to a crisp. I just felt it was very nasty. Never again.

This place is home to some very questionable characters and had an unsafe vibe. There was a roach running up the wall of the check-in area and the clerk was not at all alarmed or apologetic. He struggled to work with the check-in process and the payment system and was asleep at the wheel.

Room was dirty and stunk. Slept in clothes on top of covers! People running up and down walkway all night making all kinds of noise.

Our room wasn't ready. They had to change our room into 2 rooms. Just not good.

Worst room we’ve ever stayed in. I should have done more research. Staff were very friendly, but the entire place was disgusting. Smelled like decades of cigarette smoke. Bathroom door hinges so rusted I’m surprised the door was even operational. Bathtub didn’t have any hair in it, but was caked with dirt. All furniture missing pieces/chunks of wood.
