Fridge wasn’t working properly so my food went bad, ice tray didn’t turn into ice just stayed water, no phone in room, no cups. Ask the guy in the office and there nothing they can do. I need a full refund please

There is a smell. There are problems with the door latch. Also workers are removing toilets etc with wheel barrows.

The bathroom door didn’t close. Can in bathroom didn’t work. No trash an in kitchenette. Beds were hard

Extremely disappointed and not happy at all We have been coming here for years and honestly this will probably be the last visit you ever come here I have never felt more disrespected and unacknowledged in my life they were up at 7 8 in the morning doing construction right above my room the entire time we've been here and when I told them about it they didn't care said they wanted deadline didn't move me couldn't move me and my feelings were hurt they didn't even try to get the owner manager anything very hurt by this matter... read more

It was a quick weekend for post graduate graduation. We needed to have a comfy place to crash, have food and hang out. The beds were fine, but everything else was less than desirable. I am well aware that this hotel is undergoing renovations, but there are definitely rooms you should not be occupied... Rooms right next to where renovations are taking place doesn’t allow for sleeping and rest, just seems like common sense to me and rooms that definitely haven’t had thorough cleanings in a long time and have a dirty moldy refr... read more
