The lady who checked us in was very polite and knowledgeable. She checked us in with no troubles. However, she seemed to be the only one who understood how to do this job. No one else could really help us: they simply waited until the first woman came back and took care of us. They couldn't even print me a receipt! One staff member attempted to check someone else into our room while we had just gotten in it!
We loved how private the place felt. Not a lot of people and the location was good because it was 15 seconds away from the person we were visiting (they lived at Pinebrook). Also the gas station was super convenient. Our tv stopped working and the maintenance man promptly brought a new one once he realized it couldnt be fixed. There was no unnecessary frill. Loved that our room had a kitchen. Although no elevator, the twisty staircase was very charming. Will definitely be renting here again.

bourbon the place was nice , we had no issues at all . the staff was really nice . only negative is getting out of the parking lot , because traffic is really heavy in the area.

Liked the location. Provided grab and go for breakfast. Friendly staff. Although amenities were llimited - staff was friendly and provided when needed. Furnishings were good. Did not like old air conditioning system because noisy. Bathtub was leaking. Toilet needed special instructions for flushing.

Ok place My biggest disappointment with this hotel is the fact that there is no elevator. We're an elderly group of ladies. I had no idea in this day and age that I would need to ask about an elevator before booking. Lesson learned.
