Very nice facilities; the only minus was the slamming of room doors by other guests, but I realize management cannot do much about this inconsiderate and rude behavior.

Room carpet looks like it needs cleaning. Lower level smells stale, needs fresh paint to brighten colors.

The room was supplied with basic cooking utensils and plates which was helpful. The rooms are small but functional and comfortable for a longer visit.

Check-in was fast. Staff was nice. Keep in mind 3 floors, no elevators. Look elsewhere if you have mobility challenges. Room was not clean. I did not use the shower or tub because lots of hair not cleaned from prior visitor. Used the bathroom sink to bathe. Can’t tell visually if bathroom surfaces are really clean because of the texturing and colors. Cleaned bathroom sink, refrigerator, kitchenette sink and microwave myself.
