No elevator This was an ok hotel for the money. However, there are no elevators and plenty of steps. The last thing I want to do after a hard day of travel is lug heavy stuff up 2 flights. I would not stay again because of the step situation. Otherwise, it's ok.

This has been my third time staying here and again an enjoyable stay.The staff is awesome and friendly with that southern charm I love.Will recommend anyone looking for comfortable hotel close to University of Kentucky.And yes will be back next year.

Good clean place to stay, good people, not the most updated but still a good clean place to lay your head at night.

Don’t expect much from breakfast. My husband and I stayed there for one night expecting to have breakfast the next morning, it’s a grab and go breakfast. Which is fine if they advertised it as such. It’s only prepackaged muffins, granola bars and coffee (which was not very good). Also when we were down stair getting “breakfast” the workers at the front desk were arguing. Very unprofessional. The room itself was very nice with a full kitchen. It was also very clean and well kept. Would we stay there again? Only if we had to.
