It was one of of the worst rooms I've ever had the misfortune of staying in.

Not impressed We got there spiral staircase 3rd floor had to carry everything up no elevator No dishes no pots and pans coffee maker anything you had to call down to the front desk to ask for them and then go and get them if you wanted them The only Garbage can in the entire Room was in the bathroomIt was no smoking people were smoking pot the Room smelt horribleThe place was not easy to find was away from everything

We didnt get to stay they overbook and turn us away supposed to get refund havent seen it yet

The team lead was awful. She tried to make me pay $75 for the room to extend for one day. She was not going to cooperate at all she went online removed all the rooms off the site I booked from so I couldn’t get that rate again. I called corporate then the next morning she had her staff slamming doors and doing things on my hall when the previous 2 days they had been extremely quiet with things since I was in a room right next to laundry.
