Nice enough for a quick crash Everybody was nice to place was clean a little outdated but not so bad no toiletries whatsoever so make sure you bring your travel bag. But you hear everything, if you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. No breakfast, hotels.com says breakfast. Basically coffee and convenience store muffins

Nice location . Easy access to the freeways,shopping and restaurants near by. Very clean inside and out.

Extended inconveniences, comfy bed, nice price. Having hardwood floors in an ADA compliant room is a toss up. Slick floors are not optimal for me. Additionally, having no ice in the hotel other than EMPTY ice cube trays in the freezer is pointless. I was told I could buy ice at 7-11”if I need that much.” I also get the impression that there is an issue with theft if I have to request and go get simple dishes, sliver, cookware, etc from the front desk in an EXTENDED STAY hotel. Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. Below standards and expectations Very load rooms, I asked for a wake up call and never received one. When I asked why it was not executed, the front desk person said " I write it on a piece paper and attach it to the dryer and it is up to them if the execute or not. (Very Unprofessional) Instaead of staying long term at an Extended Stay, I prefer to pay higher prices somewhere else. My intention was to stay long term (1-12 months) I decided against this location because of the lack of customer service and cleanliness

Smelled like ass literally. Staff never came too give us at least a air freshener or offered a room. U could hear ppl walking around upstairs all night. Not recommended.
