Comfy rooms there was an issue with the room the first night, the second night, desk clerk corrected the problem and we had a wonderful night stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

Nice rooms. First night there, I was given a handicap room. Very uncomfortable showering with a shower chair behind you especially when you don't need one. The second night, I explained to the desk clerk how uncomfortable our first night stay was because of the special amenities, and she apologized and gave us another room. Thanks Fala! The rooms are really nice, beds are comfortable and roomy. studios rooms are nice, has kitchen with stove, fridge, cabinet space, bathrooms are clean. Satisfied overall. False advertising. I felt that it was false advertising because it offered breakfast, however when I got there they told me that there was No free breakfast, because of the Corona Virus. Well they could gave put that on- line so people could have max a choice to book somewhere else. I need a refund!

Disappointed with Fairfield There was no friendly face greeting guests. There’s were dirty doors and handles, dealing with a pandemic this was very unsettling. To go breakfast was posted on a sign but then there was no breakfast and no one offering. No one to ask how our stay was or for feedback. Might as well have self check in machines if there is no REAL customer service.
