Below standards and expectations Very load rooms, I asked for a wake up call and never received one. When I asked why it was not executed, the front desk person said " I write it on a piece paper and attach it to the dryer and it is up to them if the execute or not. (Very Unprofessional) Instaead of staying long term at an Extended Stay, I prefer to pay higher prices somewhere else. My intention was to stay long term (1-12 months) I decided against this location because of the lack of customer service and cleanliness

Smelled like ass literally. Staff never came too give us at least a air freshener or offered a room. U could hear ppl walking around upstairs all night. Not recommended.

Breakfast included? They were out of coffee, creamer and muffins by 9am when I checked out. Not cool. 😐
