staff friendly but hotel was worn out and dirty, won’t be going back

Place was dirty in lobby elevators. Room was worn out. Outdated.

Ms. Horrible... rooms are outdated. We were offer 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels and a wash cloth for 4 . Sheets were very dingy, looks they are the same bedding since the hotel were open.

The refrigerator was dirty and smelled horrible. No ice buckets or ice machine in the hotel, room freezer was off. No soap or shampoo in the room. The tub had a hole in it. The dark brown patch looked like feces. DON’t STAY HERE!

We had reservations for the Melville location. We were told they were short on staff and relocated us to Bethpage. On our trip a few nights later we stayed at a Hsmpton Inn, no comparison - was 110% better than extended stay.

We had a storm that knocked out power to my house so I ordered a room for my wife, myself and our 10 week old son. Packed up the car with all the stuff a newborn would need and headed to the hotel only to be told the hotel was sold out when I confirmed an hour earlier. As we stood there soaking wet, cold and roomless, carrying all our bags and baby my wife asked to use the bathroom while I was trying to figure out what we were going to do and she was denied.
