Elevator sounded terrible and slow, entire floor smelled like Pot for eth entire weekend, only three pillows, no closet door but curtain

First and last stay at Extended Stay America Guest service unsatisfactory, rooms out dated and could be a lot cleaner, no housekeeping you have to clean your own room and go down to the lobby for clean towels and toiletries...the hotel it self was not clean and had a bad odor

Air conditioning was not working properly website says breakfast included coffee and a danish is really not breakfast room smelled musky small kitchen area very outdated 1970s and had a mixup on my check and I booked June 15 and they had me down for July 15 son had a big lacrosse tournament at the University nearby

It would be worth spending extra money to stay somewhere else. The room was not clean when I checked in; there was hair on the sink and shower. The hotel itself seemed old and smelled old. Room service doesn't come every day or every other day so you have to go to the front desk to ask for anything and most of the times, there isn't anyone at the desk. Breakfast was just some bars and coffee. Would not stay here again.

The entire area raised the rates knowing large groups would be in the area, which is typical, but the value is beyond less than what you are paying it should be considered price gouging. The hotel is dirty, outdated, smells, and simple items like showers are not working. Who is checking these items when the rooms are cleaned? I have stayed in places for less with much more. The "continental" breakfast is horrific; again lacking value for what you are paying.

The property needs quite a bit of updating - carpeting, furniture, etc. The room had cleaned but smelled of chemicals.
