Dirty bathrooms and dirty rooms. Found random hairs under my comforter.

Mal servicio La recepcionista no fue amigable, no sabe escuchar y resolver los inconvenientes en el proceso del check in si algo no està “dentro” de lo esperado. No habîa telefono disponible para llamar a Hotels.com para que nos resolviera. En pocas palabras: la respuesta fue NO A TODO. No se nota el interes en resolver, simplemente no esto, no aquello. No habîn toallas en el cuarto, tuvimos que bajar a pedirlos al lobby. El cuarto tenîa olor a cocina sucia. No habîa cortinas en la ducha, lo pedimos pero fue por gusto.

Disgusting! Friendly staff but very unclean- trash left behind nightstand, hair in the bathtub, dirty towels and a broken fridge. Would not recommend!

We just slept in the room the room was not clean the hotel was a very bad smell

Not the best Ants and broken items and noise

Lets try harder had several issues with the stay and most were not taken care of and not even attempted.

I drove 4 hours from Vegas to visit family and friends and decide I was going to stay at this hotel . I booked this Hotel through Expedia . When I got there , no staff were in the front . When I walked in it smelled really bad . At that point I knew It was going to be a bad stay. I got on the elevator there was trash , the elevator , stairs , and hallway smelled like urine.
