This hotel was very nice and quiet. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my 3 day weekend at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a day or couple of days...it's worth IT!

Night in Arcadia The hotel location is fantastic Maybe because is Saturday afternoon The front desk needs some help My room looks great but the shower is not functioning well the drainage is going so well at all. I discovered that there is more hotel in the area for my next visit.

You can't make this stuff up When you return to your room and find all of your stuff packed and the front desk says someone called to say you were checking out early, and they won't give you the room because they already gave it to someone else, but insist on still charging for the night??? At least hotels.com made it right for me.

P T Hal Rate was great for the area. On a budget I would recommend it only problem I had was dealing with extended stay operators two hotels within blocks gave them my confirmation number they wouldn't verify which hotel I was staying at

Strong odor of Marijuana There was a strong odor of Marijuana in the elevator and near my room through out my stay. Security investigated the first night but the problem continued.

This is what $100 bucks will get you About as basic as it gets. Negatives points for its snack room. Ditto the morning “breakfast.” Sugar, sugar, sugar. Arrived late and they gave me an unmade room. Ick! Nothing about this place I can recommend EXCEPT the room was clean, the sheets were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Solid business stay Very responsive service. A few issues were addressed immediately and satisfactorily. The furniture and rooms are a bit worn. A solid 3 stars. Comfortable for business, not for romance.

Front desk needs help! Front desk check in was very slow. At checkout, could not reach anyone at the front desk. Called from the after hours phone and no one responded. There was no "Free Breakfast" as advertised. Tried to check out at 6;50am, not an unreasonable time for travelers. Tried to call the front desk 3 times to confirm checkout during today's travel, front desk only answered once and then asked me to hold and promptly hung up on me.
