On a budget...but at least provide cups. No bathroom in/near the lobby...after a long trip I nearly peed my pants waiting to get checked in before I could use a bathroom. No cups/glasses...they provide a refrigerator but not even papercup in the hotel bathroom. Served it's purpose but definitely didn't leave a positive impression on me.

The service and the staff were very professional, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is what you pay for. It is clean but needs a reno for it’s exterior situation. The room was lacking of the basic essentials like shampoo, conditioner and soap. The mini kitchen didnt have utilities. The comforter on the bed was thinner than the sheet. The air conditioner was broken and the toilet kept making loud noises. But over all for $100 it was okay. Nice neighborhood tho.

Guests Beware The property was decent and room satisfactory. However, because most of the guests seem like they’re actually RESIDENTS, I feel this will not be a future choice to stay when we’re visiting Pasadena. We will be more apt to pay a higher price and stay at nearby Embassy Suites. Another bad experience was that our campershell was tampered with while parked in the Extended Stay parking lot!

Nothing special The hotel itself was old and could use a face lift. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No USB ports in the room and WiFi was poor. We were ok with our stay but not the best accommodation we've stayed in.

Nice hotel quiet area Our paperwork/confirmation was not found. A room was available. The 2 nights we stayed were quiet and the parking lot was very safe. The only thing I did notice was that the front entrance needed a good washing down a little TLC would go a long way for presentation and welcoming.

You get what you pay for. Everything appears to be clean but it's old. The pillows really need to be replaced. They are disgusting. Staff were polite and they let me check in early so I really appreciated that.
