We were given a room that smelled musky, the hot water was turned off for the bathroom sink and the tub fawcett ran all the time. Complained o couple of times but would not move me because "they are all booked up". That room shouldn't of been rented out as it smelled awful and by talking to some of the staff, they had obviously know about all thes problems before hand. After 2 day of complaining the manager finally moved us and gave up a credit for the 2 of 3 days that we were there.

Looks Better in the Picture The place was run down and not very clean. There was only one out of two elevators working. It was also noisy. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

Very dirty. Staff was rude and kept hiding from us. They will not clean the room at all. Had to ask for clean towels daily and were rude whenever we approached them. Do not recommend this place at all.

Left without a place to stay. My flight to LAX was delayed by 8 hours out of Denver. To make sure that our room was going to be available when we arrived, I called the front desk. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone assured me that it wasn't going to be an issue. After the long delay and waiting for baggage, etc. at LAX we arrived at the property at 130am. No Free Breakfast just Coffee and granola bar. The description stated that they provided Free breakfast but coffee and a granola bar is not breakfast very disappointed won’t be staying here anytime soon.
