It was my birthday weekend getaway nightmare. The door in our room didn’t lock and the person from the front desk told us to just slam it and still didn’t lock. Then he moved us to another room that wasn’t cleaned yet. It was just horrible.

Staff was excellent! Property is gross and stinks like mould and cigarettes. I was ashamed ti bring my family here… honestly… it was disgusting. 5 stains just on the floor… however, beds wernt bad, but made you think they had bugs because of how gross smelling it was. Take or leave but I won’t stay there again… ever. It’s worth $50 a night. Staff was excellent tho !!

Check in took awhile, no one was at the front desk and telephone was ringing non stop. The faucet in the shower had a non stop big leak. Kitchen was dated, pillows and bed uncomfortable, the hallways stunk like smoke and dirt. I have never stay in a place like this and never will again. People don’t pick up after their pets either.

The area was good, busy shopping center which was convenient for food and shopping. Staff was very friendly, however the property itself is horrible. The hallways are dark and smell like cigarette smoke. When we entered our room, which we were told had just been cleaned, it reeked of wet animal. uncle to locate reservation, 4 trips up and down to get a key that worked, no shower curtain, several cigarette marks around bathroom sink, noisy and insufficient cooling, peep hole missing and stuffed with a tissue. I have stayed there several times, but it keeps getting worse. Too many other options to stay again.
