My room had cockroaches! So disgusting! And the front lobby absolutely reeked of marijuana. Even while I was at the front desk checking in, another guest came up to get a different room because his room smelled awful. And my room was not cleaned well. The shower still had shampoo residue all over the walls. I will never stay at this hotel ever again

Smelly room and bed bugs Upon arrival i was greeted by a great worker. very nice and friendly. Check in process was easy and fast. When i got to my room it smelled very badly like mold. Additionally, the next morning i woke up with many bed bug bites all over my body. Would like to request a full refund for this bad experience!

Gross and Untrained Customer service was bad. The young man at front counter in morning was clueless and gave us mis information first morning there. Second morning again mis information on another issue and his reply was, “ things happen” not a very logical answer. Second night let desk know we had roaches outside our door and nothing done. Property was run down; torn carpeting, wall plugs that kept popping the gfi; only one elevator working and very slow

My wife and I had stayed here a few times previously and were reasonably happy with things. We needed a reasonably priced room that had a kitchen since we have a small child and needed a way to cook food and wash bottles for her. Our most recent stay was a complete disappointment though. Room floor was dirty and towel in the kitchen was dirty. AC cleaning early in the morning was not advised a knock at 9am. Advised we will be leaving at 10am had to leave due to the noise , dogs barking at night. The elevator floor dirty and carpet needs cleaning. This hotel has long stay residents. Needs more care on the cleanup and maintenance. Would not recommend .
