The towels were dirty. The bath sink was clogged before we used it. Only one half roll of toilet paper in bathroom. No shampoo had to ask for everything. Property was dirty. Breakfast was coffe or hot water with cereal bars.

Property is located in a great area. However, the room wasn't not great. It smelled terrible, walls and floors were dirty. The refrigerator was rusted and and dirty from the outside.

Canceled booking no accommodations. Called other property which was worse,toilet leaked,no toilet paper, no service when they said they would bring up dishes none, nobody to talk too and checked out by leaving a note.

First room was not clean, towels everywhere, bed not made 2nd room broken furniture, duct taped furniture Very dirty floors

Property shows no pride in ownership. Second stay here - this time, cabinet doors falling off, no light bulb in fixture over desk; toilet seat nuts were so loose that if I had sat down I would have slid right off. Generally, a lack of pride in the facility; this is overcome by the location but it is sad the owners don't care more for their property.

Unexpected! Terrible. Manager would not say our room out loud because people in lobby might bother us. The hotel was very shabby and dirty. It was very overpriced for what it was.

Worst disgusting awful hotel I have ever been in.. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my entire travels i have made. dirty, dirty, dirty, the entire facility is disgusting. the elevator is disgusting floor is cut walls graffitied smells awful. for being in such a great location and the exterior is really nice and clean no comparison with the awful dirty interior. the front desk attendant was never there.

This hotel needs a lot of work, the rooms are in very poor condition. Towels in the bathroom were damp and sheets had stains didn’t even feel like they were cleaned or changed. There were definitely bed bugs. The only good about the property is ample of free parking and the location otherwise it’s a hotel in very poor condition. Didn’t even feel like trying out the free breakfast.
