The staff is very bad

Really bad rooms,no towels and room service every week.not a good place to stay.

Everything was broken and they do service every 2 weeks, no towels , no pillowcases bad place to stay.

We prepaid the full amount for one night’s stay at this hotel, Extended Stay in Burbank, CA. When we arrived, the front desk person said they were overbooked and did not have a room for us. This was late in the evening and we had no where to go. What made us even more upset was the front desk person’s attitude. She treated it like it was no big deal and said “well there’s another hotel right across the street”, as if to make us feel bad for complaining that she had given away our room that we prepaid for. Was stuck in my parking spot for over one hour due to 5 cop cars parked behind me and in the hotel, staff won’t answer phones was a continuous dripping from the tub that I couldn’t let them be aware of due to not answering phones, as well as the tv remote broken so was unable to even use the television, place is dirty and allows people to basically live there for a low cost, no longer a safe place for families to stay at, I do not recommend if you have children and want a saplace to stay for a vacation

Yikes! The elevator sounds like it’s going to stop working, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and the bed was the worst mattress I have ever slept on!

I reserve I reserve online thru your website but when got to hotel, they were over booked and I had to find another hotel to stay at, very disappointed
