Noisey 1st floor extremely noisy. Upstairs unit stomping on the floor through out the night and day. Dogs barking in hallways, people talking laughing all hours. Night clerk 1st night rectified situation immediately but continued the next day. Dog poop along the walkway on the entry.

Ac did not work on a really hot 95 degree day. We called to let them know they said there’s nothing they can do till tomorrow at check out to let them know so they can fix !! Disappointed paid a good amount for this hotel for the bad service!! Was so hot all night ! The bed every time I’ll move it will make so much noise !

Shower has no water pressure The only thing that was worth the review was the shower. Horrible water pressure and lack of hot water it was like warm at best. Couldn’t even wash off the soap due to lack of water pressure. Could of done better with a garden hose.

Much improvement needed Check-in took 20 minutes, as they over booked double bed rooms and were literally ready to give people two rooms to accommodate beds, as if the beds were the problem, most parents aren’t going to have their small children staying in a room by themselves. We were not told at check-in that there would not be any maid service for our overnight stay-we came back after 16 hours to a dirty room, dirty towels and an unmade bed. We were very disappointed-no hair dryer in the room. Fortunately I brought my own-
