Unconftroble Not what I am use to no blow drier, they wanted a list of names of whom was staying there bc there is a prison close by made me feel unsafe!!!

dirty! The location was good, by restaurants and the freeway. The staff was friendly. The hotel is disgusting. I stayed a total of 8 nights and the room was never cleaned once. I was told that they only clean rooms once a week and if i needed new towels, sheets, etc i had to come down and get them myself. They don't have any extra pillows available for guests, so you are stuck with the 3 lousy ones they provide you for a king room. Not at all what expected or wanted I reserved 2 rooms with 2 dbl beds, that I could get adjoining. Only to be told upon arrival that I would be getting 4 rooms with 1 dbl bed on each. Not ideal because I was traveling with minors. Expedia stated there was a pool at this location, not true. Which was a big reason we chose this hotel. One of the rooms had a serious ant problem in the bathroom and kitchen. The so called breakfast was nothing more than coffee, granola bars and rotten, bruised fruit. Nice place, but the staff lacks The front desk kid had zero sense of urgency, completely unorganized, check in took waaaaay too long, and check out was such a joke I just left (I need a receipt for work purposes). Also the other people staying there might as well have been trailer park trash, not a good vibe at all.

Disappointing. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it. However, this trip the room I first received was a complete mess - so much so that furniture was overturned. I did receive another room but this one was hastily cleaned.

Blankets There were no blankets in the room or on the bed, got in late and had to sleep cold

がっかりです 口コミがよかったので宿泊しましたが泊まってみてがっかりです。設備は古くタオルも使い古したようなタオルでした。水回りも清潔とは言えるレベルではなく、４泊の予定ですが２泊してホテルをチェンジしました。CHINO HILLSにはショッピングレストランが沢山ありますので車で少し行けば便利な場所ですがそれだけです。二度と泊まりません。
Not for extended stays Spartan. No hairdryer. No tissues! Exceedingly cheap linens. Shower dripped. Sink was clogged. I guess I traded those things for a hotel room that was maybe forty dollars cheaper than others available that evening.
チノではモーテルレベルの宿泊施設しかない！？ 内容はホテルと言うより完全モーテルでした！部屋の掃除は7日に1度とあり、数日の滞在では掃除なし。タオルも自分でフロントに使いおわったタオルを持ち込み交換してもらうしくみ。シャンプー、リンス、ドライヤーもありません。古いエアコンなので音が大きく、すぐそばのハイウェイの音も夜ウルサイ。
