Ruined our Holiday Very unhappy with some of the staff. We notified the front desk about a crazy drunk guy who lives in the wash behind the hotel but was walking through the hotel parking lot looking in cars that he was out there and they sent the police to our room (the police searched my husband asking him if he was a drug dealer!!) and then lied about giving them our room number!

This hotel is a seedy spot where less desirable people seem to congragate at all hours of the day or night. Asked several times for housecleaning, but was never provided.
Rooms are kind of need to update. Floor are dirty. If you need something, you have to go down by self. Front desk has only one person. Breakfast is kind of joke. If you can find somewhere else is better.
Room was dirty and smelt like pee When I arrived at the hotel I left instantly to family's house for thanksgiving I came back the next morning and I arrived I smelt a Oder of urin. I called downstairs they said they couldn't do anything and that management was not going to be in.. Anyways long story I do not recommend this hotel
Lady in the morning has terrible COMMUNICATION Lady in the nite told me they were not sold out, so if I book & my flight lands early, I can get in my room by 7am. Find out that was a lie. I then was retold by the last in the morning to give her my # & she would call me before 12am & my room would be ready. Never received a call. So I called myself & ask POLITELY what happen. She brushed me off to the manager (who was cool) but I missed my morning meetings. Very terrible customer service & Communication. Never again.
Unhappy Not a comfortable experience, management team rude no acknowledgement to customer
Double charged my stay the kitchen had no kitchen ware at all no silverware, pots pans nothing at all, no ice trays, this was terrible that was why I chose to stay there so that I could cook my own food, no hair dryer, worst extended stay I have ever been to.
Smells really bad The room smelled really bad. The bed was horrible. Really loud and not worth it
