Dislikes: 1. The walls and flooring is paper thin. You can feel someone walking upstairs in your room. Plus the bed squeeshy noice and human sounds in middle of night from rooms around you. 2. Smell of Curry / Onion in corridor was horrible. My child was about to vomit on floor due to such bad smell. There is very poor air ventilation. We felt we were in some kitchen in night

Sad The room was dirty, within 30 minutes my toddlers feet were jet black from running around. The hallway stunk of marijuana, and it felt unsafe. Had a 3 night stay, ended up staying 3 hours and left. The front desk offered to only charge me for the first night since i was leaving early. However that did not happen, and i got charged for all 3 nights.

Reservations don’t matter. I had a reservation booked for a week but when I showed up at 10:30 pm after driving 6.5 hours the manager wouldn’t let me check in because “I wasn’t an essential worker with an approved company.” Apparently Extended Stay America believes it is safer for a woman traveling alone to sleep in her car in the streets of LA than to let her check in with a mask on her face.

never Again Staff was rude. Facility was disgusting. They keep adding reasons to charge me without telling me. Then when I left charged me double on my credit card. There were parties all night in the middle of the week and people in the parking lot working on their cars ALL NIGHT!!! Every time we asked for the amenities they supposedly offer. They would not bring it and say they ran out. This place is A joke
