Awful Place Horrible, customer service, the desk clerk lied to us about cash refunds on cash deposits. We were made to wait for over an hour just to get our deposit back. The room was dirty, and there weren't any pots/pans, dishes, or silverware. The walls were so thin that we could hear the people in the next room roll over in bed. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America ever again

Enter at your own risk Room was filthy and the bed wasn't on the correct frame and flipped up when you sat at the edge. No maid service in a 3 day stay. Looks good on the outside but was seedy on the inside. I'd never stay there again. Freeway and guest banging on the walls and screaming kept me up till 3am. Definitely not worth the money and worse than I was expecting.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! VERY disappointing and gross!!! We booked a non-smoking room and we couldn't breathe because the room (smoking) smelled SO BAD!!! Mark at the front desk told us that there were no rooms available to move into the first night, but that he was making sure we had a non-smoking room the next night...he said he was reserving us a non-smoking room right then and we were LIED to!!! The next day, we were told again that there were no rooms to move into!!! Breakfast consisted of NOTHING but granola bars!!! People ... read more

Hotel stay The room was smelly like smoke and meldew. No hair dryer or shampoo. The tv was not clear. Not a good experience!!!

Avoid! Our stay was not what we expected it to be and not in a good way. The check-in process took a long time (15-20 mins) because the hotel had lost the man's reservation who was checking in before me and only one person was manning the front desk. The wifi was so slow that it didn't even allow you to watch short videos. Right when we walked in, there was a sign on the wall saying there are cancer-causing agents in the building, which I assume is asbestos. Our room was not updated like in the pictures. No second visit The whole bathroom smelled like urine!!! The room itself had a funky smell as well. There were hard particles in the tub as in they didn't clean it completely. I was highly disappointed and won't stay there again.

Desperate Load, could hear other room doors slam all night. In addition to noise from the room above us. Water dripping from the bath faucet couldn't be turned off and I could hear it all night even with the bathroom door closed.
