Checked at close to midnight, the room looked ok but there were tons on animal fur on the sofa bed, and a couple pubic hair on the bathroom. Too tired to call and switch rooms.

You will regret staying here. While the hotel may look nice from the outside, it is easy to see that the management has no interest in making sure the hotel looks great. The floors throughout the entrance are dirty, as well as the entrance doors. As we walked in to our room, we noticed the floors were dirty, the room smelled like someone had just cooked in it, and the condition of the appliances (microwave and refrigerator) was horrible. We arrived at the hotel to find a non flushing toliet & after a 6 hour drive that was irritating. Called down to the front desk & they just offered a plunger to us...what?! I have never experienced something like that before. Then i notice other things like the shampoo bottle they provided was open & half empty, the faucet in the tub was not screwed onto the wall & had to try to twist it in to use the shower, only ome wash rag & no hair dryer on the wall. Beds were extremely hard. Could hear the upstairs guests kids running back and forth - poor sound isolation in the rooms. "Grab and Go" breakfast was a total joke!

Avoid this place! The room was very dirty and the room smelled bad. Even though it was an extended stay hotel, almost everything we needed had to be requested.

Well, first thing, orbitz has to remove the breakfast option at this location. They provide some morning snacks, a readymade muffin, coffee, hot water, tea bags, instant oatmeal sachets which doesnt constitute to be a full breakfast option. Second, the utensils wont be available when you checkin. This was the worst part. Checked in @ 3pm, asked for utensils at ~3:15pm.They said, will take about 40 min. After paying $178 for a night.. it’s not insane to expect a comfortable sleep and comfortable ambiance.. at that price this place is a rip off

Early in the morning at 6am , I woke up because of a big noise, the person at 2nd floor was jogging in her/his room for an hour.
