Just convenience Missing closet door , also asked for drinking glasses cause they are not in the room, they never delived them. The staff was not very friendly.

Not bad The room was very big and the bed was comfy, however there were 2 plastic bags full of clothes and towels on the floor when we came in which was very weird and all the cabinet doors were open, although visibly not very clean inside. Also, we had to pay $5/day for parking which seems absurd to me. Lack of mirror in the room (aside from the bathroom) was inconvenient as well.

Nice hotel conveniently located The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and chairs. The bath room is clean and useable. The only issue we had was with the computer wi fi. The hotel system kept disconnecting causing rebooting the computer too many times. The problem may have been that the wi fi transmitter was not strong enough to send a strong signal to our corner by Glenoaks Ave, thus triggering the constant rebooting. There are plenty of restaurants and other facilities close which makes the location a great one.

Deluxe King Bed I booked this room with a king bed, and the day of check in, the receptionist informed me that they had upgraded me to a DELUXE King. I don't know the reason behind it, but I was flattered and thankful that they did that regardless of what reason may be behind it. The rooms were newly rennovated, so everything was brand new. Cleanliness is out of the question knowing that the rooms were newly rennovated. I would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone. It's borderline Burbank and Glendale.

Just Okay. Overpriced. Traveled for a wedding, and this was about 7 minutes from the venue. Easy to reach freeways. About 40 minutes from Disneyland, and The Grove. You definitely need a car while staying at this property, as there's not much around. Room was clean. We stayed 3 nights, and never received housekeeping once (not even trash taken out or towels freshened). The entire second floor smelled like pot, so I could have done without that.
