Rock Hard Bed New staff was being trained so it took a long time to be checked in, not a big deal everyone is new sometime. The bed made me question if I was, in fact, sleeping on the ground. Too hard. Continental breakfast is a stretch, cold micro muffins and granola bars... Coffee had run out by the time I went down stairs, 08:00.

Average hotel The breakfast definitely is nothing to write home about. It consisted of coffee, muffins, instant oatmeal, and granola bars.

Quite location in Glendale The hotel is very affordable, the staff is very friendly. I had some problems with the noise level of the other guests. I stayed there Saturday night and the noise level of the people partying next door woke me up in the middle of the night. So you get what you pay for. If you want a nicer hotel with classier quiter guests, I guess you have to pay up!

OK for a short stay Had a business need to spend night in Glendale area. Found this place last minute on expedia with okay reviews and decided price was right. situated on busy street, but room far enough back that road noise was not a problem. room was workable and had fridge and stove for longer stays. Only reason for lower ratings is that the entire place smelled 'off' yet couldn't place what or where coming from.

It's fine The employees at the counter were polite and professional. They will only clean your room if you stay there for 7+ days, I would have gone somewhere else had I known that but I'm sure they state it somewhere. The one major complaint I have is that we had people above us stomping around till 4am and we were not provided with a number to call for courtesy patrol. Upset me that I had to go upstairs to tell them to quiet et down.

Room Cleanliness should improve The room was very dirty and was smelling. We had to use our deo spray to even get in the room. We have always lked extended stay and I dont know why this facilty was so bad. Perhaps the room we were given was a room that dogs stayed in! When you are charging extra fee for pets, you should clean extra to get rid of the pet related smells. The front desk staff were friendly and the common area and Bfast were clean.
