At Least the AC Worked! I've never been in such a stripped down room. There weren't even plastic drinking cups. No coffee maker, no note pad or pen, nothing to drink from, no ice maker on the property. I understand having to request cooking utensils or dishware, but it's really annoying to have nothing in the room. I was there due to an emergency situation and would not stay at this chain, again, if this is typical.

Practical and comfortable hotel The location is very near stores, malls & restaurants. The area is not traffic heavy, so easy to go around. Free breakfast is simple. Room is very spacious. I'm surprised we have a full kitchen with full size ref, microwave, cooktop and oven. They encourage cooking. Room has basic amenities, but does not have hair conditioner and full size mirror. They don't change sheets and towels everyday, but its ok for me. I just stayed for 2 nights. I support water conservation.But everything else about ... read more

Room not clean enough Overall we had an okay stay. It was close to Universal Studios and pet friendly thats why we decided to book a room here. Except the room we stayed at was not clean. Dusty side tables and there was a condom wrapper found on the floor by the bed.

Coffee ran out all mornings and most of the breakfast was out the second (and therefore the third) days. Otherwise, fine.
