Room smelled like cigarette smoke Room was non smoking, it smelled like cigarettes smoke, cigarettes butts were outside infront of door, rails stairs were dirty. I checked out after 4 hours , I understand I couldn’t get a refund but in this situation I believe I should of got it.

The room smelled horrible. Air freshener did not help. Walls are paper thin so it was noisy.

Dirty and long waits Checked in Thursday before 6, went to the room. Took a quick nap. When my friend arrive about 10:30, I got up to take a shower. I noticed blood around the toilet and floor, then i noticed blood residue in the bathtube. Call front desk to get a new room no king size available. That morning was told we could change rooms after 2:00 pm. Fine. Saturday, the toilet wouldn't flush, the phone in the room did not work. Used my cell phone to call the front desk.
