We already reserved but they even didn’t give a room and just said sold out. Never book it again

U had to pay for cleaning of the morning every morning ! U won’t pay if u staying 7 straight days .. towels had to b picked up by occupant ... I mean it was nasty !!

No hot water.... “till next day when I can get technician out” unprofessional front desk, but hey what can I expect, extended stay right?....
The location is great, close to restaurants, grocery stores and airport, but it took around 45 minutes for checking-in, the lady at the lobby was very helpful but there were too many people for only one person. The room was very dirty.
