Great location terrible and rude staff

Great location but staff are very rude Rude people and rooms not clean specially during COVID season

The toilet don't work or flush properly. The 2nd room has cigarette stench.

After an 18hr. work shift. While checking in I was refused a room because I am from out of state. The receptionist said it was do to COVID restrictions but gave me the address of a hotel down the block. I was not informed of any conditions when the reservation was made. I have stayed at this hotel previously for convenience, never again. BTW I drove back to my work facility and slept in the parking lot.

You all have got problems in your company brand . Your worker broke in my room and stole things . This last trip was booked and when i got there they would not let me stay so if they charged me ,its fraud . I will check today because your brand is stealimg my cash.

Old and full of stench- not worth booking here The moment I walked into room 313 I regretted booking this hotel. The stench coming out of the room was horrendous. We immediately went to the Ralph’s right next door to buy some plug in air fresheners and an aerosol to spray down the place. We booked for a week And we had to spray down the place multiple times a day. I couldn’t stand the smell coming out of the dresser; old and moldy. This property is not the normal experience of an Extended Stay. The property felt very unsafe although the surrounding neighborhood was not.

Worst hotel experience of my life! After driving all night we got to the hotel and had to wait about 20 mins to be helped. Once they woke up and came to help, we were told it was sold out. Yet my card had been charged for the night. They ended up giving us someone else’s room (a no show I guess). We made our way to the room, door was stuck, not working.
