Bad Bussiness Not clean bugs and ants in three differentd rooms i litterially show the office staff on duty i was changed to on the same night three diff rooms, i was told i would be refuned for atlesst one night by the general manager there and charge no parking fee well looking at my bank account they didnt do it refund me so i call her back and left message and she never return my call so i will be going to another level. Thank you

I didn't like the fact that there were no utensils plates or cups available and the beds were HARD as ROCK very uncomfortable

Proximity to where I needed to be, they accepted cats. But the rooms smelled of smoke and pot and we could hear everything the neighbors said. The initial cleanliness of the room was not great.

I arrived to check in at 4pm, no rooms were cleaned yet and 8 people ahead of me waiting. After about 30 min I finally got to front desk. Then I was told it was $15 parking charge per night. Then he gave the people after me a discount of $4. Terrible place...

Lobby is filthy. Manager needs to look at what the guests see when checking in. It was just a dumping ground of everything from garden tools, linen, paperwork, and junk. Staff members could learn to, at the very least, smile and say hello. They could care less and just there for payday. Key didn't work for 2nd night when we returned around 12:30am. I was expecting a fully stocked kitchen, as advertised, however there was not one single utensil. Very disappointed.

Excellent The best Extended Stay America hotel we've ever stayed at. They didn't have enough plates and cups for everyone and the MW should probably be replaced but the great room (comfortable, large, clean) and the excellent service more than made up for it. Unbeatable location too.
