The bathtub drain was stopped up with hair and debris to the point I had to go buy gloves to pull hair from drain, the air conditioner was broken so it wouldn’t cool off in room even with the window open. It was MUCH cooler outside than in our room. Never got fixed so we moved hotels. No one ever brought towels; we had went and bough our own towels. Nice property but poor management and maintenance and it needs updated!

Someone tried to enter my room while checked in. When I spoke to the front lobby personnel, first she denied someone having access to my room, there was complete disregard of my safety.....and this affected my entire sleep that night. then later she said that her manager told her that he asked someone to go in and check my room because the window is open. I closed my window the minute I entered my room then turned on my A/C so whoever tried entering my room that night could have done a courtesy knock first......I don’t know ... read more

I made the reservation at the airport after a long trip, and when my über driver dropped me there it was all closed. I picked the phone outside only to hear that the hotel was full, they knew of my reservation but never contacted me prior to my arrival. I just crossed the street and stayed at another hotel. This was at 1:30 am.

My complaint is that I have an unauthorized charge on my card for 116 .06 and I just spoke to your guest relations and they're saying it's for a no-show fee when I stayed there Saturday and Sunday and also paid for parking which I think is ridiculous when I'm paying for a room I have to also pay for parking makes no sense.
