Mad coustmer U guys never sent my reservation I never got to stay there

Smells like marihuana and you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Breakfast is served in the lobby.

They still have not return my Deposit Money

They should from their website free breakfast . It sucks

Smells We arrived in the room and it had a foul odor. Clerk tried to move us but no other room available. She tried to deodorize the room-no luck. Had to stay but would like refund

The smell of cigarrette smoke was overwhelming. I have stayed there more than a handful of times and never had an issue. Unfortunately, the last two times it has been unbearable. People smoking in the rooms and just outside the rooms. There needs to be more control on that.

First and last time It was my first and the last stay at an "Extended Stay". The room had a horrible cigar smell. I asked to be changed to a different room, but there wasn't any available with a king-size bed and sofa bed, which we needed so we had to stay there. I asked for deodorant and they let me borrow a giant bottle of Febreze. However, the odor would re-emerge in barely 20 minutes so I kept on spraying Febreze every 30 minutes until we went to bed. Bad customer service Rooms smelled like weed inside we were reserved for a two Quin bed they ended up giving us one Quin bed😡 appearantly they were sold out!! How could that be if we had confirmation number prior to arrival

We have been sold out of the rooms with two FULL size beds for over 3 months. So as a courtesy, we gave out 2 rooms with a QUEEN bed which is bigger than the ones booked and gave the second room for free. Therefore, you still got what you wanted but just not in the same room.

bad overnight stay We drove from N. CA to settle college kid's new apartment and need to stay a night for the next day's moving. Picked this hotel because of its name. At my work my colleagues from other countries all stay at this hotel chain. But for my stay this time it is a terrible experience - all three of us couldn't sleep for the night. The room is small.
