Liked the availability of a wakeup call in the AM and friendly front desk personnel. Didn't like the absence of the room we booked, but we were upgraded for a discount by the front desk staff without a problem. Freeway noise could be a problem at night, as it is adjacent to the hotel. The microwave didn't work.

The hotel was not very clean. The elevator was extremely dirty. The hallways were dirty also. The rooms were older & had a weird smell to them. The bathroom just stunk. It smelled like mildew. There was not a coffee machine in the room. It had a kitchen with everything except coffee. The area it was in was nice. Check in took a very long time and the person working gave me the wrong room key then questioned how I ended up with it. The sofa bed had three large stains. Not enough pillows. No ice machine. They tell you free breakfast. They ought to say free coffee and muffins. Not impressed. I would not rate this place higher than three star and that’s because it didn’t feel unsafe.

Rooms need huge upgrades such as paint & other little things, restroom was a bit dirty, found hairs & the toilet seat had urine stains. Breakfast is just coffee, muffins, and oatmeal. They shouldn’t promote breakfast if it really isn’t a breakfast..

Rooms are spacious and clean. Neighborhood is quiet even by freeway. Staff has always been friendly and helpful … but no trash cans. What’s with that? Otherwise, a good value for the money.

The physical space is fine. This is not a nice area. Any time of day people were loitering in the parking lot. NOTE: breakfast is ready to serve oatmeal, granola bars and pre packaged muffins.
