Enjoyable stay Very good stay Andre was very accommodating with my late check in. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Very disorganized and poor service Not a good service, I arrived at 3:40 pm at the hotel and they told me the room isn’t ready so I have to wait around 20 minutes, the next day before I go out, I went to the front desk and I told the person in the desk to clean the room and replaced some of the towels for clean ones and he answered yes don’t worry, I got back in the evening and they didn’t service the room, so I went to the front desk and asked why they didn’t clean the room and the receptionist answered oh I needed to put t... read more

Have to Settle for Less when Traveling with a Pet We were traveling with our pet for the first time. The accommodations were as expected. We were on the first floor, and it's a non-smoking room. But either our neighbors were smoking, or there were smokers standing just outside our window (in the parking lot), because our room and all of our things smelled of cigarette smoke. Experience was just OK Room wasnt as clean as it should be. Dust everywhere which makes me wonder how deep of a clean they do. The bed is on rollers. I have never seen that before in a hotel. Also room looks old..definitely in need of an upgrade especially for the price of one night.
