Quick night stay First and foremost no deposit they just hold you card on file. Secondly The hotel is situated in an area of Ontario that is still very close to shopping, restaurants and the airport. The staff is super friendly, Shelly checked me in and asked if I preferred a first floor or second floor room. Then due to the weekends festivities going on gave me a room that was located in a peaceful part of the hotel. Front desk staff were very pleasant on the afternoon of my check-in on Sunday, stated room was checked and ready for us. Room was clean and cool, however when I went to take a shower there was a ring of dirt in the shower, fortunately, we travel with Lysol wipes, I cleaned out the shower and tub. When we went to leave for dinner no one was at the front desk for me to make the comment to, also upon our return again no one was at the front desk. The service was great are stay was great. Only thing that was not ok was the shower/tub was not clean hair and dirt ring on tub shower head leaked out side the the shower, and the trash can under the sink was full, not emptied out when we arrived.
