Minimalist Property is a bit worn around the edges and minimalist. The location is good. The kitchens have nothing, not even a cup for water or coffee. You can ask at the front desk, but they have little stock (they had 1 tumbler when I asked, total). The staff is friendly, but they don't have much to work with. Several groups hanging out in the parking lot smoking, pool looked dirty with cloudy water all week, not appealing even at 100F.

Two thumbs up!👍👍 This was our second stay at this particular Extended Stay hotel and had a positive experience both times. The room was nice and clean, very comfortable King size bed. Service was neither bad nor good as we didnt need for much other than check-in. I like that the room has a small kitchen area although we haven't taken advantage of it as of yet. There's restaurants, gas stations, shopping all near by.

Nice staff, moderately priced decent hotel The staff was friendly and helpful, and there’s every eatery/coffee place nearby. This isn’t a five star hotel. It’s a moderately priced place to stay and no complaints. Only slight negatives—few items were still in kitchen trash, they should replace the front door handle, entering hotel it can seem a bit worn down. But authentic and relaxed (yet efficient) staff outweighs this. People in general area also seemed relaxed and friendly, not what I was expecting near an urban airport.

It was good to get ready in... The air conditioner wasn't very cold and would make the most annoying noise every time it would turn off. There was no hair dryer.
