NEVER AGAIN!! When we arrived and checked in, my entire family was there with me. I asked for 4 room cards and they were given to me. The next day our cards were not working for our door, so my husband went down and let me know and they reprogramed the card. THEN the front desk said they should not have done that without any id. for the person on the account. All they had to do was add the other 3 members to the account. They were very rude. This place was awful!! Would never stay here again! they had no amenities. No continental brkfst like stated, no ice machines on property, no pool, terrible customer service, they left the toilet paper on the roll empty in the room, no coffee maker dog crap all over outside, it was an very unpleasent experience We moved to another location and for $20 more a night we have a pool, Jacuzzi, continental brkfst, friendly staff, great customer service, coffee maker in room, refrig, micro, and a beautiful comfortable cozy room tha... read more

Not HAPPY with accomodations Quick, Last minute booking, etended stay of america figured their reputable. not worth what was quoted. When I booked with expedia I requested breakfast (continental was fine) and n/s this hotel came up We're here, checked in last night late. Disappointed No coffee maker in The room, no continental brkfst like stated, no pool, no ice machines on property, toilet paper roll was left with 2 sheets Expedia was misleading

Disgusting Dog fur all over the room

Terrible experience First we had to come back to the hotel 3 different times before we were able to check in because we kept getting incorrect information from the staff. The front desk staff was extremely rude and acted like everyone was a burden. The room was disgusting. We found dog food as well as leftover food in our room. Stains on the sheets and towels. The dishes weren't even clean and the breakfast they served was a complete joke. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I would never stay here again.

Service was grear, the room was non smoking but as soon as you got off the elevator on the 3rd floor smelled of cigarettes. The beds were done but found finger nail clippings disappointed for the amount of money paid.

Not a great place I think the worst part of staying there was that the 3rd floor corridor smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke. Our room was no smoking, but others next to it were smoking rooms and there did not appear to be any control of smoking in common areas. There is no indoor or outdoor gathering places for even small groups. Our family had 3 rooms, one on each floor, and there was nowhere we could relax together. This is not a resort, it's a LAST resort The bed's are awful - way too soft and the pillows are the kind that keep your head hot. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that is going on in the rooms around you - even until 3 AM in the morning! The "breakfast" is actually some packaged muffins, bars, instant oatmeal, tea and coffee. You can find better at a 7-11. The mandatory checkout by 11 AM is a major hassle, especially on a Sunday morning. I thought I was getting a good deal, until I stayed there.
