Horrible staff Very unfriendly and not at all cooperative all though I be stayed there many times never again

Looks nice from the outside. Upon check in, I was given two room keys on the 3rd floor. After carrying luggage up there, neither key worked. So I carried luggage back down to the desk where they gave me two new keys. When I got back up there neither key worked again. After carrying luggage back down, she got the maintenance guy. When he asked what room, I told him and he said, oh no! That room is terrible! He said they have been having problems with that lock and fortunately, he had a spare and replaced it. Needs TLC, I'd look elsewhere Dissappointed. Polite staff, but it took VERY long to get checked in. While waiting, I noticed how nasty dirty the carpet in the lobby was. The place looks renovated, but not kept top notch. My pillows were awful (cheap), blankets shabby and sheets pretty thin. I had to go to front desk for a hair dryer and if you wanted anything (and I mean anything) for use in the kitchenette. It seemed to need TLC. I will not return.

This place is in a state of 911. Avoid. Bed bugs haven. Need I say more. In additionally they only refunded half of what I paid. Stinks of smokers as well. #1 worst experience goes to this place.

Such disappointment They refuse to give us room and they call cop because I was drunk is it all about safety to drink and not to drive and stay in hotel ........

Very hard to find. Had to change number of nights- reduce by one night and could not be done by them, had to call expedia, that was a pain. said it continental breakfast but it did not have that??? coffee and a granola bar is not continental breakfast. Wi- Fi did not work ever . We just gave up and checked out early. Very poor experience!

Beds are hard. Pillows are hard. No internet. Stains on carpet and bedding.

Bad customer service and room condition I arrived early to perhaps get some rest prior to work. Nadia at front desk checked and told me there were no rooms ready and she can't check me in until 230pm. I checked back at 1pm to check to see if a room was teady. She refused and said she is not check before 230. She left the front desk area at 130pm. At 210pm there was a line of about 10 guest trying to check in but she was no where in sight. Worst hotel experience of my life Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk and a line of people trying to check in. It took over 30 minutes before I had keys to my room. After entering the room, there was a putrid smell in the bathroom as if someone had lit a diaper on fire the day before. Thankfully the staff was able to switch my room but in doing so, the fire alarm went off and smoke could be smelled on several floors.
