Stay Away!!! We arrived an hour after check out and our room still was not ready. In fact the couple that had been staying in the room for weeks with a cat WERE STILL IN THE ROOM!!! The kid behind the front desk did nothing to help. Thank goodness the one of the other employees heard what was going on and let us change in another room because we were in town for a close friends black tie wedding. Rude front desk staff The lady harassed us to get out before noon banging on the door like a annoying maid. Than we were first assigned a room with a television that did not work. Completely unsatisfactory last minute stay at best.

Could use a friendly Front Desk I don't think I heard a "welcome" or a "have a nice stay" a single time. Furthermore, while on the phone, the front desk staff's tone was as if I was burdening her.

Just not good!! Not a good selection of restaurants nearby. No working bathroom fan. Their idea of breakfast is poor. WiFi totally discusting, speed is discusting and their idea of trying to sell you more or improved wifi speed is sick.

Nothing special For the price we were disappointed. I’ve stayed at many Extended Stay America Hotels and this was the worst. There was nothing in the kitchen for cups etc. no plastic cups even in bathroom. No ice machine. Had to make our own ice. Well that would likely take some time since none had been frozen in freezer. The “continental breakfast “ was nonexistent. Just not satisfied. It did give me a place to sleep. But so would have Motel 6 for half the price and I would have had ice.

Unless you want to go there to party don't go They are not there when you need to check in or if you have a question. Internet is slow unless you pay for more and a lot of partiers stay there

Not interested. Decided never to stay at Extended Stay again. Since you are Expedia, I hope you remember NEVER to recommend Extended Stay on my search result.

First off, it seemed that everyone there smoked. Since there is no smoking allowed in the hotel, people went outside to smoke, right next to the exits. I noticed there were ashtrays there. Perhaps you should move the ashtrays further from the door. Second, the smoke alarm went off at about 6 am on one day. I'm glad the detectors work,however, we were told that it was someone cooking and forgot to open their window for ventilation. Really! Someone has to remember to open the window for ventilation?
